In reference to China's new internet blocking software:

Basketball or drugs?  Really?  Since when is shooting up and shooting hoops the same thing? Commies should be encouraging team sports. The Chinese, in Leadership 101, had to have learned that any distraction from daily life, ie sports or gladiator fights to the death, divert people away from their dissatisfactions with politics. Governments should welcome basketball with open arms -- it's a freebie for suppressing people. It might be time for the guys running the show in China to look at their censorship agendas to see if they go a little too far.
